Birthday Weekend Schedule
Friday Evening:
- Registration at Kenaston Place from 4pm to 10pm.
- There will be a beer garden, food available and lots of visiting space.
- The 2005 History Book will be on display and for sale, along with cookbooks and our community DVD.
- We encourage back yard class or organization reunions - your event – Your way!
- Classmates of Cory & Colin Ouellette
- Classmates of Brian Ouellette
- Classmates of Nic Zdunich & Cayla Howells
- Senior Hockey Reunion at the Skating Rink
- Let us know and we can list your event
Saturday:
- 8AM – 10AM Pancake Breakfast on Street (hosted by Kenaston Lions)
- Registration Continues: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon.
- Adam's Center will be open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The coffee pot will be on and desserts will be available.
- 10:00AM Parade featuring each decade of the Community; please pre-register according to a specific decade. You are welcome to portray multiple decades. Register to: Cory Ouellette (252-2115)
- Saturday lunch will be on the street similar to the “Taste of Saskatchewan” event in Saskatoon. You can plan on paying for your Saturday lunch directly to the vendor!
- Open House at each local Church from 1pm – 3pm on Saturday
- Horseshoe tournament for old time’s sake!
- Tours of Kenaston School on Saturday from 2 – 3pm
- An “Old Fashioned Sports Day” with games will be coordinated by Carla Chomyshyn
- Sign up your team for Family Slo-Pitch coordinated by Melanie Kerpan (252-2226)
- The Swimming Pool will be open for a fun day at the pool!
- Gala Supper at Kenaston Place, offering two sittings
- A Variety Night with “fashions” by the decade; entries to Tracey Taylor (252-2172) or Margaret Krpan (252-2879)
- Fireworks Display following Variety Night
- Kenaston Hotel is planning a Saturday evening event with a live band!
- The committee will host a Social at Kenaston Place (visiting and a bar)!
Sunday:
- Ecumenical Worship Service at 11:00am held at St. Andrews
- Cold plate luncheon at Kenaston Place immediately following church.
Please download the registration form and submit your fees. Advance tickets will be a MUST for the Breakfast, Gala Supper and Cold Plate Luncheon. We will be unable to offer "RUSH" tickets so if you are attending do plan on booking your tickets ahead!

Street Fair
All day on Saturday individuals, businesses and organizations are invited to set up display or sales booths anywhere on 3rd Avenue. If you would like to purchase and sell Kenaston souveniers contact Florence Greke at Kenaston Coop who has a catalogue of items that could be ordered.
Community Members: How You Can Help
We will need lots of help in several areas. Please review this update and see where you can help. This call goes out to everyone. If you have any suggestions or can help in anyway please free to contact the 2010 Committee.
- Participate in community clean-up
- Host/hostesses at Kenaston Place on Friday evening and Saturday throughout the day. (contact Susan Anholt)
- Make floats
- Be a food vendor
- Tend Bars
- Set up and knock down some tables.
- Check “porta-potties” for supplies on an hourly basis
- Umpire
- Perform, model, and/or provide fashions.
