8. Housing Opportunities

Kenaston is a great place to relocate with potential for individuals to purchase a lot for a ready-to-move home or hire a contractor. Over the past few years several ready-to-move homes have been placed on basements excavated by a local business, additionally new houses have been constructed and additional lots are on the market.

There are frequently new listings of residences for sale and the occasional rental property. As real estate becomes available it is posted on Our Real Estate Page.

The Kenaston Housing Authority offers family duplex and senior's rental units. There are currently four low rental units for seniors or singles complete with the extra benefits of lawn care and snow removal; and two duplex rentals available providing ample room for average size families.
