Teacher is Carissa Mutimer

The Kenaston School of Dance welcomes Miss Carissa Mutimer as our new teacher this year. She comes to us with many years of dance experience and certificates of instructor achievements. The students are thoroughly enjoying her dance techniques and new classes.

Our dance club is comprised of many talented young ladies. Our 41 students range from 3 to 22 years. We offer classes in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, tiny tot, adult classes and new for this year is hip hop and musical theatre. Classes are offer on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 3:30pm to 9:30pm.

The dance groups are currently preparing and practicing for competitions in Biggar and in Watrous in early April. These dedicated dancers always put forth an excellent effort and will make Kenaston proud.

Our annual dance recital will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 3:00pm. The admission remains $5.00 so mark your calendars as the Kenaston School of Dance will offer you an afternoon of entertainment and enjoyment! Kenaston Place will come alive with music and movement.
