The Village of Kenaston council would like to thank Jean Fehr for her service at the Bonnington Springs campground this summer. We had travelers from BC to Ontario and Alaska to Florida. D. Trump even stopped over for a night.
A big THANK YOU to Lutz Electric for improving the lights at the Snowman Park. The Snowman is brilliantly lit up once again for our winter season. Your donation of time and parts is greatly appreciated by the Village of Kenaston and Kenaston Chamber of Commerce.
The Village of Kenaston is starting a new well project soon. Solie Drilling Ltd. from Balgonie, Saskatchewan will be here to drill a new well to hook into our water treatment plant. This project has been approved for funding from the Clean Water And Wastewater Fund through the Government of Saskatchewan. The Village of Kenaston applied for this grant in January 2017 and was approved for 1/3 funding from the Federal Government and 1/3 funding from the Provincial Government. We are very thankful for this help with this needed project.
Thanks to everyone that helped get the Kenaston Rink ready and operating for the 2017/2018 season! The rink requires a lot of volunteers and time that goes unnoticed. Your hard work, time, effort, and energy is greatly appreciated by the community and everyone that uses the facility! Please support our rink by attending games, buying a season pass, eating at the rink kitchen, and sponsoring the facility.
Respectfully submitted, Elaina Guilmette

Posting on the webpage gives longer durability to your notice than Facebook since facebook posts disappear down the feed. If you have an event be sure to contact Glen Pavelich to have your event posted on the Kenaston website and and community calendar.
Our website is used by a wide sector of the community who also use kenaston.ca as their default browser page. Therefore this, the newsletter, and the Kenaston FB page are main communication tools and we invite you to take advantage of them.

Sign up to receive the Kenaston Crossroads from the "Newsletter" page on the kenaston.ca website. Our growing list of email addresses helps us reach more of the rural and village residents who do not receive the printed copy of newsletter AND those who block fliers from their post box. We are hoping to continue with this expanded email list so the Crossroads and other important notices can be sent to more homes over the internet.
